The service

Lickbox, operated by OpenAndes, suggests a guitar lick or song to practice based on your answers. It is currently free, with a daily roll limit that may change. By signing in or using Lickbox you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lickbox. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account.

Fair use

Do not try to get around the roll limit, scrape the catalog, overload or interfere with the service, access other people’s accounts, or use Lickbox to break the law.

AI suggestions

Picks are made automatically and may not suit your level or taste. They are practice ideas, not lessons or guarantees of results. Play at a comfortable volume and take breaks.

Music and third-party content

Lick tabs are original phrases written for Lickbox in the style of a player. They are not transcriptions of recordings and are not endorsed by the artists named.

Songs are referenced by title and artist and link to YouTube, Spotify and Songsterr. We do not host recordings, lyrics or song tabs. Names and trademarks belong to their owners. Lickbox is not affiliated with any artist, YouTube, Spotify or Google, and their content is governed by their own terms.

Rights holders can raise concerns as described under Help → Copyright and content concerns.

Our material

The Lickbox app, design, code and original licks belong to OpenAndes. You may use them for your own practice.

Availability

We work to keep Lickbox running, but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may change, pause or end features at any time. To the extent the law allows, OpenAndes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Lickbox. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Ending

You can stop using Lickbox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, and disputes go to the competent courts of Chile, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions about these terms: support@lickbox.app.
